Truffle Shuffle

Truffle Shuffle is a herbal mixture with herbs, porcini mushrooms and summer truffles (called scorzone in Italy). Can be used wonderfully with fish and seafood, poultry, pork, game and steaks of all kinds, but also with vegetables on the grill, in the stove or in the oven. The herb mixture is also very suitable for refining pasta, vegetables, steaks or mashed potatoes and ideal for grill butter and sauces.

The BBQ Rubs were developed by world grilling champion Marco Greulich. Marco has put a lot of experience, fun and passion into the development of these unique & rocking BBQ rubs. All herbal rubs are made in Germany, of high quality, without additives, vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients
Truffle salt [sea salt, dried summer truffles (4.4%, aromas), cane sugar, spices (black pepper, lemon peel, chili pepper, cumin), herbs 6.25% (oregano, parsley, basil) porcini powder 5%, garlic powder.
