The rotisserie or rotisserie ensures even cooking and an extra juicy piece of meat. The slowly rotating spit allows the meat to baste itself, which means it loses less moisture, and you can also expect an extra crispy crust. The rotisserie spit is made of stainless steel and runs on AA batteries or can be connected to the mains with a cable. The rotisserie is equipped with 2 hooks as standard to secure your preparation, but can also be expanded with a basket, carousel (rib/o/lator) or skewers.
