The flexible cooking system is the perfect accessory for your kamado. With this multi-level cooking system you can divide your kamado into various zones and heights.

Use the included half-moon plate setters to use your kamado (in parts) indirectly. Position the half racks or the cast iron rack and baking rack at different heights or combine them. In addition to the body, 2 half extra-thick heat shields, 2 half stainless steel racks, 1 cast iron rack, 1 cast iron baking rack, and the Dutch Oven are also included, along with a stainless steel star. Ideal for hanging your Dutch oven or placing a pizza stone on it.

This system is perfect for cooking dishes slowly, indirectly at low temperatures, also known as 'slow cooking'. These ceramic heat shields ensure that your Kamado functions like an oven. The plate setter also prevents any flames from hitting your preparations.

This system is also called Multi Level Cooking System or Divide & Conquer Cooking System and replaces the regular grid. In addition, this extension set comes with half a cast iron rack, half a cast iron baking tray (can be used as a teppanyaki or plancha) and a Dutch oven that fits perfectly into the system.
